ABOUT PROJECT
For «PLATINUM BANK» LLC Staff Service realized the unique project which had features of both mass recruiting, and classical recruiting.
The main features of the project were:
• Tight deadlines for recruiting (mass recruiting);
• A great number of need candidates (mass recruiting);
• Uniformity of personnel (mass recruiting);
• Strong requirements to candidates from the clients’ side (recruiting);
• Temporary character of project (staff leasing)
During the time of project realization were recruited 40 Call-center Operators for working on dialed calls.
The main requirements to candidates were the next:
• Very good both Russian and Ukrainian;
• Experience of work in call-center;
• No speech defects;
• Ability to work full-time in non-standard schedule.
Staff Service consultants undertook not only functions connected with recruiting, but:
• Signing the contracts with operators;
• Scheduling the shifts for operators;
• Coordination of timely start of operators’ work;
• Organization of makeshifts;
• Monthly calculation and check up of work hours;
• Signing the work hours reconciliation reports with operators
• Payroll function
It is pleasant to note that 6 of the operators who were recruited for temporary project were invited to the bank as regular employees. |
