ABOUT PROJECT
While Staff Service is working with «Life Company» for not very long period, a little more than one year, during our cooperation jointly we realized a great number of different and interesting projects.
We work with «Life» in two directions: recruiting and outsourcing, so we provide complex service, when recruited employees, according to outsourcing agreement, enroll to Staff Service staff, and, in the following, we provide full staffing and accounting support of these specialists.
Also we put the special attention to recruiting of call-center operators in Kiev and Dnepropetrovsk. The project had some special features. On the one hand we had to recruit a great number of personnel in really short period and the project seemed to look like mass recruiting. But on the other hand, the requirements to the candidates were much more exacting. Life is client-oriented company and can not let itself pull down its requirements to front-office personnel. And we, in return, recruited successfully necessary number of specialists in accordance with client’s requirements and within the established deadlines.
During our cooperation were recruited and hired the next specialists:
• Corporate Sales Department Expert (Dnepropetrovsk, Odessa, Zaporozhye, Poltava, Krivoy Rog, Mariupol)
• Leading Data Base Administrator (Unix)
• Unix systems Administrator
